Historical (and hysterical) Note: Back in the day, we had two lists, Jokes and Binary Grins. People who were "bandwidth challenged", usually by their local regulators, would not get the big files (it was a real pain on Dial-up, especially at 28.8 or so... if you can remember back that far).
No need for that restriction any longer, so we have one list now! Enjoy!
